It depends where is sent, how fast you want to get it, and the weight of the items you order. Due to the fact that the prices of the postal services change frequently, we cannot list here any shipping priceinformation. The customer should inquire about that from the postal services before placing an order.

No, they are not, unless otherwise specified.

Q4. Do I get any discount if I purchase a larger quantity?

Yes, but only if you purchase for $100 or more, not including taxes and shipment costs.

Q5. Do I get anything if I recommend your business to my friends and they become your customers?

Yes, you do, 5% for every $100 purchase, not including taxes and shipment costs.

Q6. I saw that it says that I can get discounts in exchange for my Bible knowledge. What’s that?

That applies only to the buyers in person and not online. It means that if you visit us you can choose to answer some Bible questions, either 3 or 5 questions, and if you answer them all correctly you will have a good discount.

Q7. If I change my mind, for any reasons, do I get a refund?

If you buy online, considering the trouble involved (time and work), no, you don’t. Once you purchase it is yours to keep. Only those who buy in person and return it in person get a refund or exchange, provided the items have not been used, especially clothes. You cannot bring it back after 15 days.

It depends where it is sent and how much you want to pay in order for the postal services. We will send it to you usually within 48 hours. But if the order arrives between Friday 2:00 pm and Sunday, then we will send it the next working day, Monday, unless there is a holiday and the postal services do not work.

Yes we do, but the shipping costs may be costly, depending on the country to be delivered to and the size of the packet. The customer should inquire about that from the postal services before placing an order.

Q10. What happens if the items get damaged in the way to destination?

That is the responsibility of the shipping company. Unless the damage is from us we will not replace it. The customer is advised to check the status of the content of the package before he/she leaves the presence of the delivering company.
